IT Services

IT Support and Repair

Bytesize Computers will maintain and repair, servers, desktops and laptops and make sure that if anything goes wrong, you receive our support.

Bytesize Computers is a Solarwinds MSP partner (formerly GFI / LogicNow).

We use Logic Now's Remote Management products to enable us to monitor and to support your systems.

Additionally, Logic Now offers a range of services, including backup and mail protection.

We would be happy to look at your organisation's needs and provide a range of options for you.

IT and Network Installation

We treat all of our customers equally, irrespective of size. Bytesize Computers will install integrated IT systems and maintain these systems for the duration of the contract.

IT and Software Training

We can train your staff to use Windows and Microsoft Office, and other software, too (contact us for more details).

Web & Domain Hosting

Bytesize Computers can host your domains, DNS and websites. We can provide control panel access to your third-party web-designer.

We no longer offer to design websites; however, we can assist and provide content management for both Wordpress and Joomla websites.

DNS Services

We work with ClouDNS to provide DNS services. They offer a full range of DNS records, including WR (web-redirect) and reverse-DNS zones.

Our Domain Names Policy

In keeping with advice from Nominet, Domain Names should always remain in the possession of you, the customer. We will never ask you to transfer your domain name to us. We are happy to manage it for you, on your behalf.

Cloud Solutions

We can move your email to the cloud with Office 365 (corporate or charity licensing models). We can backup your data securely to assist your organisation's disaster recovery plan. We can virtualise your servers to the Cloud (subject to adequate Internet connection).

Telephony & Broadband

Network Services and Broadband

We can provide you with network services: fibre-broadband, ADSL broadband, analogue (fax) lines, ISDN, fax-to-email services.

We can provide VOIP telephony (sometimes known as SIP) - use your Internet service to carry your voice calls, instead of paying for traditional voice lines.

Telephony

We can maintain your existing phone system. We can install and supply additional handsets. We can replace your telephone system.

Computer Refurbishing

Bytesize Computers is a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher.

Under the Microsoft Refurbishment programme we can take your old PCs, service and repair them, and offer them for resale or donation to worthy causes or charities under Microsoft's Citizenship Licence programme.

Audio-Visual

We can repairs, upgrade and install PA and audio-visual systems. We can service projectors, install screens and wall-mounted displays, including Interactive Whiteboards.
